SMS CREDITS

SMS CREDITS ARE USED WHEN YOU WISH TO CONTACT THE TRACKER TO CHANGE FOR EXAMPLE THE INTERVAL THAT THE TRACKER IS SENDING POSITION UPDATES.

If you have the tracker reporting every 1 Minute and wish to change it to report every 5 Minutes, 1 SMS credit is deducted from your credit account.
30 SMS Credits are included with PAYG which should be adequate as most clients will not need to change the default reporting interval.  
If more SMS credits are required you may order additional through our site at a cost of just £15 for 100 SMS Credits.

TRACKING POSITIONS

Positions are deducted whenever the tracker reports its location back to the control panel.
Our PAYG trackers come pre-loaded with 2500 Tracking Positions.
To provide an example, if you have set your tracker to report back every 20 minutes in real-time, 72 positions will be utilised in any 24 hour period. 
Additional tracking positions may be purchased from £25 for 2500 and purchases of greater numbers are discounted.

It is also possible to purchase unlimited tracking positions for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months respectively, these packages also include 75 SMS Credits per month, making them ideal for PAYG users who need to utilise the tracker intensively for a given period of time.
